WHEAT ETHNOGRAPHIC EXPERIENCE

EN “From Grain to Table” introduces participants to the history and traditions associated with wheat in Madeira. Each session combines an explanation, demonstration and hands-on participation, offering an accessible encounter with an important element of the island’s rural heritage. After the free ethnographic activity, regional folklore marks the beginning of dinner at O Vizinho Restaurante, where food is available from the à la carte menu. __________ PT “Do Trigo à Mesa” dá a conhecer a história e as tradições associadas ao trigo na Madeira. Cada sessão reúne explicação, demonstração e participação ativa, proporcionando um contacto direto com um elemento importante do património rural da ilha. Depois da experiência etnográfica gratuita, o folclore regional assinala o início do jantar no restaurante O Vizinho, com serviço disponível através do menu à la carte.
