Chefs get Together

The Rose Garden restaurant invites you to Chefs Get Together, a gastronomic event taking place on 16 October. For this edition, host chef Élio Olim presents a different format, featuring eight live cooking stations where guests can watch the preparation of sushi, fish, meat and dessert creations. The experience is complemented by two wine stations showcasing 20 wine references available for tasting. Joining Chef Élio Olim are Chef Mauro Gonçalves, from Bistrô4 at PortoBay Liberdade, and Chef João Luz, from Avista at Les Suites at The Cliff Bay. Info & Reservations: Schedule: 16 October .
