Dancilhas, Festival de Música e Dança do Mundo Trad/Folk

Explore a programme connecting traditional instruments, dance workshops and live folk music. José Camacho introduces instrument-making and idiophones, while further workshops explore Alentejo dances, French dance music and Swedish traditional dances. A percussion circle welcomes participants to bring an instrument and join the shared rhythm. Concerts and dances with Anders and Maria Larsson and Parapente700 follow, before a folk jam. The programme combines practical learning with opportunities to dance, listen and participate in a collective musical experience.
