Then come to the small studio Artística in Calheta on Saturday morning.
We will start the weekend calmly and mindfully.
The class is in English and Portuguese—I don’t speak perfectly, but I try my best.
A relaxed, warm yoga class to arrive, breathe deeply, and feel good.
