Alongside embroidered bed and table textiles, womenswear, and babywear — all hand-embroidered on Madeira Island — guests can join guided factory tours, available Monday to Friday at 09:30, 10:30, 11:30, 12:30, 14:30, 15:30, 16:45, and 17:30.
Tours are priced at €5 per person (€2 for residents). No advance booking is required; visitors simply arrive at the store before the tour begins.
