FEMME SENSUAL FLOW · FRIDAY HEELS FOCUS

Friday classes place a stronger focus on Heels Dance foundations and choreography, combining technique, sensuality, musicality and expressive movement. We work on the essentials of dancing in heels: posture, balance, weight transfer, walks, lines, turns, body waves, transitions and control; always building movement progressively and with attention to body awareness and confidence. Each class develops towards a choreography, allowing you to put the technique into practice while exploring musicality, fluidity, femininity and your own personal style. Elements of Floorwork, Chair Dance and Burlesque will also be incorporated into the choreography, adding texture, character and different ways of expressing movement. The goal is not to look like anyone else or to perform with “perfection”, but to become more comfortable in your body, move with greater intention and develop your own presence and confidence. Technique first. Choreography after. Expression throughout. Open to different levels, with movements adapted whenever needed.
