Course
First west of (above) the ER-103, it crosses the steps that climb from the ER-103 to the souvenir shop on the Levada do Juncal. Here it meets the ER-103, and here it continues, always just below the ER-103, until it reaches the water tank after the S-bend of the ER-103.

Function and use
Supplies the water tank above Achada do Pau Bastiao (irrigation and drinking water); formerly supplied the lombo of Sao Roque de Faial
Access
Steps leading up from the ER-103 to the souvenir stall by the Balcoes, the ER-103 at the crossing with the levada, and from the water tank
Condition
Unprotected, narrow, exposed: quite demanding, and suited to an adrenaline kick
