With a drop of 35 m, the greatest on the island. A special case, because it has no Cubo; instead the water is taken in through a pressure pipe from the upper course of the Levada dos Moinhos or Levada Grande.

Further along the Levada dos Moinhos or Levada Grande, north-west of Porta da Vila, more relics of watermills can still be seen
