Gelati Machico

Gelati Machico is definitely one of our favourite ice cream spots on Madeira. This Italian gelataria artesanal is known for super tasty, homemade gelato with intense flavours, very generous scoops and, alongside the classics, some truly special varieties such as Bolo de Mel, Crème Brûlée or Whiskey Tart. The flavours vary, so the selection is not always the same — which makes every visit a little different. As every flavour is delicious, choosing is never easy, but Italian Dream and Chocolate are always among our personal favourites. A visit here is always a good reason for us to head to Machico. Absolutely recommended!
