Manifattura Di Gelato is definitely one of our favourite 2-in-1 spots on Madeira: a fantastic gelato workshop — and at the same time an authentic Italian restaurant. There’s homemade ice cream with intense flavours, plus a kitchen that makes the visit just as worthwhile: original thin & crispy pizza, pasta, salads, and a good selection of vegetarian and vegan dishes. When it comes to gelato, the pistachio is an absolute highlight for us — great texture, nutty, and simply delicious. A lovely detail: their ice cream is also delivered to the boutique hotel in Jardim do Mar.
