For us, Sésamo is the best bakery in Funchal. Whether it’s fresh bread, rolls or sweet pastries, we’ve tried plenty here over time and keep coming back. Our personal favourite is the Pão Rústico – if you’re looking for a really good loaf of bread, that’s the one we’d recommend trying first. Sésamo has several locations around Funchal.
