Course
First a visit to the Farol, with the information on the origin point of the Swiss national topographic survey
Then by car to the car park of the Miradouro de Garganta Funda. After the short detour to the newly built viewpoint, along the Caminho do Pedragal to the Levada Nova.
On the levada, in the direction of flow, as far as the end at the reservoir above Cabo.
Along the Rua da Capela to the Capela Nossa Senhora de Boa Morte and on to the Miradouro de Boa Morte.
Along the coast to the Miradouro do Pico Vermelho.
Back via the Caminho Velho.
Distance: 12 Km, 350 m of ascent, 350 m of descent
