There are two levadas named 'Levada do Caldeirao Verde'. They run close together, but they have nothing in common either functionally or historically:

Levada do Caldeirao Verde inferior, from the Pico Ruivo tunnel via Queimadas

Levada do Caldeirao Verde superior, as a feeder to the Levada do Pico Ruivo (through the Pico Ruivo tunnel) and ultimately to the Faja da Nogueira power station
