On little lanes towards the south-east, along the Levada do Paul 2 against the direction of flow as far as the gravel road, along that to the start of the Levada das Rabacas and to the Cascalho, same way back

Condition
Descent officially closed because of rockfall; Levada das Rabacas intact as far as the Cascalho basin; on the other (eastern) side of the valley buried and impassable; the gorge is bridged with plastic pipes and water is also taken directly in the Cascalho with pipes

Impressive basin, vanished into the fog very quickly, so better to come here in the morning; a tunnel with a levada that changes sides
